Three steps · About six weeks
What happens after you send it.
No sales calls and no pressure. The first three steps take about six weeks and end with a concept design and a fixed price.

Within one business day
A call within a day
A director reads your enquiry and calls you within one business day. We talk through the site, the house, your budget and your timing, and tell you plainly whether we are the right builder for it.

Weeks 1 to 2
A visit to the site
We meet you on site with a level, a tape and your survey if you have one. We look at access, soil, slope, services and the view lines from inside the house, and take the measurements the design needs.

Weeks 2 to 6
Concept and fixed price
James draws a concept plan and a 3D model of the pool in your garden. You then receive a fixed price, itemised line by line, with engineering and approval allowances spelled out before you sign anything.

All questionsIs there a charge for the first consultation?
No. The first call and the site visit are free and carry no obligation. If you go ahead to concept design, we quote the design fee up front and credit it against the build when you proceed with us.
What should I have ready for the site visit?
Your house plans or a site survey if you have them, a rough budget and a few images of pools you like. If you are working with an architect or landscape designer, tell us and we will invite them along.
How long until I have a fixed price?
Usually four to six weeks from the site visit. Sloping blocks, rock or tight access can need an engineer’s site report first. We arrange it and build it into the timeline we give you at the visit.
