“We asked for a pool that looked as if it had always been there, and they matched the render to the house and the coping to the old front steps. Two summers on, guests still ask whether it came with the house.”

“We had three quotes. Theirs was the only one that came with a drawing and a list of what could go wrong. Nothing on the list did.”

“They moved the pool 1.2 metres so it caught the winter sun. We would never have thought of it, and now we swim until May.”

“A fixed price, itemised to the last valve. The final invoice matched it to the dollar, a first for us on any build.”

“They resurfaced our 1990s pool, swapped the coping for travertine and added a heat pump. It looks new and costs less to run.”

“Our block is steep and the crane could not reach the back, so they barrowed the steel in by hand. Five years on, not one crack.”
